  • I have an event in my company to be organized. How do I proceed on the same?

    It's easy. Just brief us with the requirements of the event on the basis of the date, occasion and magnitude of the event. Only these few things would allow us to give you a tailor-made event package suiting your requirement and cost. Once the basic discussions are done, we would well arrange a face-to-face meeting with our event experts from our team. After that, we will organize everything from start to finish, keeping you informed of the arrangements from time to time. We give you a turnkey solution for your event, to ensure that you have smooth sall throughout the deal.

  • How large or small an event can you cater for?

    There are no set numbers or an average size of audience which we cater to. We have provided entertainment and organised private dinners for 15 guests in an overtly rich ambience through to events that have been well over 30,000 people. From a corporate event to a wedding, we understand the quality to be maintained and give it the same treatment as required.

  • How much is an event going to cost me?

    Each event is unique, each client has their own specific requirements therefore it is difficult to provide ballpark figures. We would however suggest that you give us a call so we can discuss your requirements. and we will then provide a customized proposal outlining all associated costs. Later, few personal meetings and round of discussions would give us an exact cast of your event.

  • Would hiring your services be expensive to us?

    Hiring professionals with expertise do come at a cost, but then we believe in customizing our planning services & deliverables as per client's budget & so, we insist on a meeting that definitely, would prove to be a fruitful decision.   • With all those different entertainment acts to choose from, how will I know which one is right for my function?

    The best method is to have a meeting/telephone conversation with us. Our experienced tearn will ask you a few questions about your function and your needs!     We have served more than 50 NRI families from all parts of the world. Majorly the services have been to organise weddings, private functions and arrange their stay etc. For such queries, we go an extra mile and become a family member to organise everything for the event such as booking venue, arranging catering decor etc. We have arranged even the smallest requirements for the weddings-printing & distribution of invitation cards, managed stay arrangements for the family, providing cabs, assisting in shopping & arrangements of various things like beauticians, return gifts, bridal trousseau, photographers etc. Just let us know your requirements and we indulge in the arrangements becoming your family member maintaining our professionalism towards our work.
