  • 1. Marketing Business Development

    We are always looking for smart, experienced, and confident people who have at least 3 years of work experience in an event management company. Go-getters who can work under pressure and have the passion to make it big in the industry are invited to join us. Excellent communication skills, strong convincing power, and a pleasant personality is a must for this post.

    • Job Position: Senior Manager – Events & Business Development
    • Start Date: Ongoing recruitment throughout the year

    • Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
    • Skills: Strong communication skills with proven experience in handling corporate clients

    • Responsibilities: Lead generation via calls/site visits, handle client meetings, proposal presentations, follow-ups, maintain sales pipeline.

  • 2. Wedding Planner (Destination & Local)

    Requirements: 2+ years luxury wedding planning, vendor network (venues, decorators, photographers), Instagram portfolio, client handling skills, Hindi+English fluent, age 24-35, travel-ready.

    • Job Position: Wedding Planner – India & Abroad

    • Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
    • Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong experience handling wedding clients and vendors, with a keen eye for creativity and perfection

    • Responsibilities: Consult couples and families, create mood boards, present concepts to clients, coordinate vendors, manage on-site execution, handle client follow-ups, and track budgets efficiently.

  • 3. Event Operations Executive

    Requirements: 2 years live events execution, knowledge of lighting/sound/AV, team coordination, crisis management, physically fit, Having a two wheeler, Delhi driving license, age 22-30.

    • Responsibilities: Manage on-site event setup and supervision, coordinate technicians and staff, troubleshoot issues, handle inventory checks, and prepare post-event reports.

  • 4. Sales Executive – Wedding & Social Events

    Requirements: : 3+ year sales experience (hospitality/events preferred), excellent communication, target-oriented, social media savvy, Hindi+English, age 22-30.

  • 5. Creative Coordinator (Design & Content)

    Requirements: Diploma/degree in graphic design, Canva/Photoshop skills, 1 year wedding/event content, video editing basic, Instagram content creation, age 21-28.

    • Location: New Delhi (Work From Home)
    • Job Position: Content Creator
    • Start Date: Ongoing recruitment throughout the year
    • Salary: Based on candidate’s experience and profile
    • Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in event or wedding company content
    • Skills: Creative mindset with excellent knowledge of video editing and social media handling

    • Responsibilities: Design invites, create social media creatives, develop event branding, produce short reels and scripts, and prepare client presentation decks.
